Why are gas prices rising in California?

The average price of a gallon of regular unleaded gas in California continues to rise. It's up another penny from Tuesday at $6.42 according to Triple-A.

On Friday Governor Gavin Newsom tweeted that the high gas prices are because oil companies are ripping people off but several energy experts disagree.

Blended gasoline we all are tired of paying a dollar or two compared to everyone else. I do not see a difference in our air. We need to complain and be more vocal everyone seems to be vocal about political stuff why not being able to commute or travel without thinking if you can afford it. I find this ridiculous.
