Since July 1, I started listening to the chakra balancing music on this "Meditative Mind" channel to balance each of my chakras, which are all seriously out of balance. I started with 2 weeks for the root chakra and then one week for rest of the chakras. I listen for many hours per day to really infuse the vibrations of this beautiful music into my chakras. I'm working on my heart chakra this week and this is where I noticed a huge transformation. I was having some physical symptoms in my heart chakra area that were worrying me, possibly due to allergies. Since I started the heart chakra balancing music, those symptoms just disappeared. The gentle and loving music I've experienced from this channel is bringing me back into balance.
