Thank you so much for this video, I am a single mum of 2 and am desperate to lose weight. This shit is SO GOOD and a HEALTHY OPTION but it is not the healthiest option. A quick tip: add one scoop each of formula one and protein blend. Blend it with desired liquid for like 2 minutes until its puffy. Then, blend some ice and your favorite fruit, mangoes, papai, strawberries. Etc. and its DELICIOUS.

If you sell pricy products with little actual nutritional value, and you say that you have to combine them with daily activity & healthy diet, it's easy to claim that the health benefits were caused by the pricy products.. But remove them from the equation and you will see that they didn't matter
