In their Protein Drink Mix, they now use Maltodextrin so they can claim low sugar when Maltodextrin spikes blood sugar more than white table sugar. In their Formula 1 they now add Fructose, which should only be consumed with wholefruits.

Today is my third day on Herbalife and I honestly regret it. I appreciate the exercise plans and everything, but the problem is I have been constipated since day 1, and bloated, I have upper stomach burn😢 my coach says I should keep going but I don’t think I should, don’t know

I have used Herbalife products every day for 35 years. If there were a better product available I would be using it. The products are truly wonderful and, as a fit, slim, healthy, youthful, meds-free 73 year old, I am a walking advertisement for them. I speak from experience. Everything else is just opinion.

I think their products are too high on protein and not of great quality especially the protein shakes. I don't know for the 24 nutrition range but clearly all whey protein are high in protein, low in sugar, not more than 1gr in general and they have additional benefits like BCAAs. I am not a fan. The one product I like though is the aloe vera drink
