Should I buy a front rack for my Riese & Müller' e-bike?

The front rack is very good but I found that the R&M front bag is only average (but it is not very expensive for a waterproof bag, specially designed for the rack).
The front rack seems to be sturdy (not put "real" weight on it yet) and the 5 kg limit seems very conservative; the architecture (attached to the frame, not the fork) does not affect steering (it is also the case on a Brompton: with 10kg in the front bag and despite the small weels, I've never have troubles with steering; and now, I feel that will be the same with the Homage).
The front bag, however, is not well thought: the closing clips linked to the attachment velcros to the rack are not practical at all when you only want to grap something without removing the bag; the closure itself is also not practical (zip makes rolling closure difficult; straps, holding male clips, are too short; female clips should not be in the middle (when you have managed to make one roll or two, with the top closure, the lateral male clips are not in the "front-back" middle, but more at 1/3-2/3 (front or back depending on the way you roll the top closure); the bag is a little too high, mainly due to the top roll closing, and may interfere with the front light; there is no reflective at all).
So, my advice is: don't hesitate to buy the R&M front rack, but think twice before buying the associated bag (but its price, compared to the whole bill, is not a big deal after all).
