Here are the Top 3 Best Questlines in Elden Ring IN MY OPINION.

43 Hours in, so far my favourites are Ranni's Questline and Fia's Questline

Millicent is so precious. I’ve never gotten the prosthesis talisman because I can’t bring myself to get it

The sad part is a lot of questlines were cut off. Like St. Trina's, Kale's, that noble in Leyndell who hates Omen and in the end finds out the lord of the capital is an Omen himself...

Kale's questline would be one of the best. Millicent is very good but it feels incomplete, I still love it anyway.

Yura has got to be n°4, he's just that good. One of the best npc's, best drip, best weapon, linear quest with action : just perfect

Rani is objectively the best just because some of the best locations in the game are locked to her questline

I like Millicent and her questline but it really feels cut short. I wish it went a little further to Maleina and had a better ending to it.

I do like Ranni's but one questline I love is Nepheli's. It isn't really intensive but I just love the characters progression from just another tarnished to questioning her adoptive fathers methods to finally becoming her own person and taking on ruling of Limgrave. It is such a cool story.

Still salty that my INT character couldn't do Millicent's questline cause the dog next to the Caelid shack got aggro'd to me and killed her in the process.

I hate RANNIS questline due to the fact that when I was 100% the game I had to do it 2-3 times because I never had the foresight to see if I was done. I know it’s on me but still doesn’t make me like it any less
