- chelsea & monk strap boots, chukka boots & sneakers aren't necessarily winter footwear. but the first 2 are amazing. chukka is alright. sneakers are a great option all year round, but depends on individual piece, outfit, whether it's appropriate, etc.
- but combat boots, work boot-style are definitely good for winter. stylish, rugged, masculine, functional.
- black doesn't match every colour. brown is more versatile. but black is more formal.
