So... weird women is the ghost of their real mother. Parents said they are on the run cause a man tried to abduct them at 4yo. Twins find birth certificates and newspapers of twins kidnapped at the hospital and the mom dying in childbirth. They go find the sheriff of the town and live with their dad (im assuming its the dude who tried to abduct them, but its not explicitly said)
