The shulker box and bundle compliment each other nicely. The bundle will be used for exploring and the shulker box will be used for storing large quantities of items. You should also be able to dye bundles.

1:57 You have to remember: it's left-handed _relative to the redstone/mechanisms, _ not _relative to the player._ Changing the player's facing/orientation doesn't matter in the slightest. To change the behavior, the circuit has to be rebuilt.

I'm pretty sure redstone is working as intended and it has nothing to do with the way you are facing, that would be super weird and would make builds unstable.

In first example from last snapshot the lever leads to a piece of redstone dust that branches off, which now prioritizes it's left side based on the direction of the input.

In the second example this piece is missing and the lever is the block that decides the left side, and I'm pretty sure lever is a directional block, so it's "left" side never changes - that's why you get the same result from both sides of the contraption

i was messing around with minecarts and realised that furnace minecarts go like sonic jets compared to powered rails at max speed

I think they need to update the inventory UI. They have given us bundles, shulkers and ender chests. These all give us more inventory in their own way. Now we need better access to those inventories.

Start with the creative inventory UI so you have tabs. One tab is the main inventory and the other tabs are slots where you can assign a bundle or shulker too. Once you select that tab, you can use the inventory of the storage as if it was your own inventory without placing it down or hitting buttons or keys.

Imagine loading a few empty shulkers in your inventory and assigning them to a tab. Start mining sand and it all goes directly into the shulker inventory. When it gets full, just switch to another tab to continue collecting. Need another tool, switch to your main inventory to change to a new tool, switch back to the empty shulker tab and continue collecting.

When the main inventory tab is selected, everything works as it does now. Think of the other tabs as pockets that you line with shulkers, bundles or ender chest.
