I've been waiting 20 years for someone to finally do a proper A306/A310 series at this level of fidelity. I have been loosely following your teams developments, and have been very impressed. XP is a non-starter for me, so I'm waiting for this to make it to P3D or MSFS. That aside, I see an improvement to the shape the CF6-80C2A engine cowling on this version, it has a very complex and distinctive shape almost EVERYONE gets wrong-- it gets narrower horizontally/vertically and diameter wise towards the middle to the end and is quite a bit less bulky than the CF6-50 cowling/shape on the classic A300s. Most modelers confuse the 2 and end up with a messed up hybrid of both, or use a totally wrong CF6-50 shape on the 80C2A series. This looks more correct based on the last time I saw a video showing off V1. The PW4000 engine shape looks fantastic as well. 3D model-- the nose and wingflex all appear nicely refined from what was already quite good. AA bare metal could use a bit of tweaking, get more of that chrome/aluminum look and rivets in there, some random environment white sheen and less of that faux matte blue look. Lots of great photo examples of this. It also wore the "A300 Luxury Liner" titles in a classic font for 85-90% of its tenure at AAL, so those should be added it being the flagship passenger livery everyone wants. The circa '88-'95 grey/white livery would be neat as well. Another one is correcting and using iconic American Airlines specific CF6 engine spinner would be a very nice touch and attention to detail. Every single AA bird that had CF6 power (DC-10, MD-11, B762/B763 and A306) all had that dot and moon crescent spinner, the one on there now is very different. A design often used on early JT9D powered non-R 600s. Love the ACARS print out touch, just like AAL had in their bus. Would be nice if that CPDLC module could be removed though for the 600R pax variant for more of a vintage sperry looking ACARS box in the middle. The CPDLC aft pedestal is something you'd only see on the very latest built 600Fs that went to DHL HK Air, FDX, UPS or where retroed in. It would be a nice to have the passenger 600/R's in a config they had as they were delivered in the 80s and 90s from the factory, w/o any CPDLC and SELCAL only. AA birds crossed the pond on BOS/EWR/JFK to LHR/CDG in the late 90s and early 00s. Keep up the great work.
