I had a friend who liked a girl but never actually asked a girl out on a date before. So I took him down to the mall once and him and I would approach girls so that he got over the fear of being rejected and surprisingly he ended up getting two girls numbers from that day. I’ve never seen him that happy because of he reliving his fear.

Don't bother unless you get choosing signals first. I've asked out plenty of women and the answer is always no unless she hinted she was interested to begin with.
You are better off self improving instead (especially your looks) so you get more choosing signals than facing rejection after rejection. Constant rejection can really mess a guy up.

What you really want to do is just ask her to hang out. If you just ask her out, that’s a lot of pressure on her and will make the girl most likely unsure of if she wants to spend the future with you or not. She’ll probably say “I don’t know” and will end up in a bad relationship. You want to slowly get her attention towards you while still keeping it a secret so then the chances are much more likely for her to say yes. Hope This Helps!
