SPONGEBOB LEMON BARS - NERDY NUMMIES

Today I made Spongebob Squarepants Lemon Bars! I really enjoy making nerdy themed goodies and decorating them. I'm not a pro, but I love baking as a hobby. Please let me know what kind of treat you would like me to make next!

LEMON BAR CRUST INGREDIENTS:
*(1) cup soft unsalted butter
*(1/2) teaspoon salt

LEMON BAR MIXTURE INGREDIENTS:
*(1) cup sugar
*(1/2) cup flour
*(4) eggs
*(2/3) cup lemon juice
*(1) zest of 1 lemon

Just as an FYI for those who plan on making this recipe, be careful not to zest the white part of the lemon peel, otherwise it gives off a bitter taste. So stop when you just start to see white! But if you do by accident, a tiny bit is okay. Have fun in the kitchen! :D
