Congratulations on your home buying journey! Here’s some advice you didn’t ask for from a 45 year old female homeowner. I don’t recommend shared wall construction, your neighbors issues can/will become yours (though I realize single family isn’t always doable). I highly recommend older homes/established neighborhoods. Also, once you find one you like visit at night and if you can on a weekend to check the vibes. Find your own inspector, accompany them during the inspection and ask questions about everything!!. Check garage floor, house perimeter, crawl space for foundation issues, cracking. Check walls, around doorframes, ceiling perimeter for cracks (can signal foundation issues too). Up in attic look for holes, drafts, rodent droppings, insulation discoloration… it’s a lot but it pays to check! It was nice to see Fifty, he seemed so excited to be included.

If you are living on your own privacy and safety are the most important factors for choosing a house, imho. I had a house in NY for 11 yrs by myself and it was a trip! I had no one to help me so I hope this helps you, just a few things:
- I prefer a garage or driveway due to getting plowed in by Sanitation. But if its busy then your driveway WILL GET BLOCKED. Trust me, I lived on a cul de sac and still got blocked.
- make sure you have access to the back yard without having to go through the house, just safer.
-No glass by the door lock, unless you have a storm door too
-Central air is a must
Also the less stairs for 50 the better, as he gets older. So much more but you will do great! Good

For safety reasons if you’re moving to Jersey please be cautious showing the house journey process. I swear I was able to point a few neighborhoods especially when you said “the ghetto” and all the construction and trucks. I immediately noticed the Yusuf’s neighborhood as well because it’s near me. Jersey isn’t NY where u have like identical blocks back to back. Even our main streets are easy to spot. Please be safe and cautious. One thing about Jersey it doesn’t matter the neighborhood we have car thefts and robbers with showing your material items for living. Just be careful, refrain from showing your local surroundings. Like the streets and store parking lots when vlogging.

Congratulations sis. Very proud of you. Its a wonderful feeling to be in your own place. Putting down your own roots and memories. I did it 4 years ago as a new owner. Enjoy the process. From a resale value always have at least 2 full bathrooms. 1.5 bathrooms is a total no. You don't want to share your full bathroom with anyone but you and a spouse. If you have visitors they will be in your main bath which is a huge no!

To God be the Glory!!! Congratulations on Buying your new home. Pray about each home and allow The Holy Spirit to Guide u on which to pick. Which atmosphere he wants u in What part of the city or outside Etc. He always leads and places us in areas where he needs us to be for his Glory and Purpose. All of the houses is very beautiful especially the tiles I love marble anything and i love brick on walls. The fireplace marble and in the room is a plus. 3 4 one of the houses reminded me of your loft u had before. 6 7 8 was beautiful as love the one with the basement that could easily turn into a closet or extra room or a apartment for someone extra rest space storage or etc. Forgot which number that was tho. Continue to keep God First in Everything in every decision u make and he will lead u his holy spirit and not energy. Stay Encouraged Postivie Faithful Strong And Healthy in Christ.
