“The Zentangle ® Method is an easy-to-learn, relaxing, and fun way to create beautiful images by drawing structured patterns. We call these patterns, tangles. You create tangles with combinations of dots, lines, simple curves, S-curves and orbs. These simple shapes are the "Elemental Strokes" in all Zentangle art. These patterns are drawn on small pieces of paper called "tiles." We call them tiles because you can assemble them into mosaics.

Cyndee pet, I totally get your struggle with the pain on pain. A pet peeve of mine is when a doctor asks "Julie-Anne on a scale of 1-10 what would you score your pain"? Eh, that's a silly question as my scale of pain is completely different from yours doctor. I live with constant pain and morphine so my normal pain level would be more than your level 10 then some & that's even with the morphine. It's hard for people to even contemplate the strength of our CONSTANT pain and then the side effects of the strong meds just to be able to get through the day. So Cyndee dear, on days you need to release you go ahead and release. We're all behind you with more than tangling. God bless you with peace of mind & healing of your ailing body xo

I am new to Zentangle at age of 73 and have terrible joint hand issues too so I never thought I could do this but I have kept up with this because you have so inspired me! And I am totally addicted. I finished this with wave lines like the ocean and it really pulled my together! You are such an inspiration!

I love Rayz because one of my favorites is Toodles. I watch you everyday but have not been drawing lately because I have been busy sewing medical masks. After sewing my back doesn’t want to sit any longer. I will be joining you soon though.

I caught you late but I'm following the 100 days of zentangle and I'm loving it. So much inspiration and your tiles turn always into something gorgeous.... Hope your pain is less present. I know what you're going through as I am also fighting chronic pain

I use tiles I am not crazy about for coasters :). After looking at them every time I lift a glass, I see what options I had. Loved your tile.

Know you didn’t especially care for this tile, I REALLY like Has kind of a gothic feel. Life is a pendulum, if you are in a low, hang on because a wonderful high is on its way!!! You are loved by many.
