Embattled Norfolk Southern CEO Alan Shaw is in the hot seat today facing lawmakers in the wake of the derailment that led to a toxic chemical spill and evacuation in East Palestine, Ohio. Shaw is expected to say he is deeply sorry for the impact the derailment has had on the community that is still anxious about exposure to hazardous chemicals. NBC's Alice Barr reports
