I recall watching a documentary series on our national television about Afghanistan, it's wildlife and residents of more remote areas (unfortunately, I can't remember it's name) and I absolutely fell in love with those beautiful landscapes and all the interesting animals and people that populate them.

I really hope that Afghanistan has a bright and peaceful future, they deserve a break.

Have helped an Afghan family that move to America about a year ago n they love nature. We are in Washington state n a month ago took them to the cascade mountains so see spawning salmon. They loved it and talked about their beautiful landscape from home. This shot video showed way more then I expected there even talking with novice wildlife lovers from the country. Great video, definitely plan on showing Zhabi n Fahara n asking more about their homelands.
