How strong a magnet is needed? I cannot get my safe open, Sentry "service" told me I am out of luck. I do want to empty safe

Same happened here, no low battery warning, but change batteries and it will work, it happens when batteries are not as far to light low battery warning but they are not able to open it anymore.

Replace your batteries first! Could be low, worked for me.

Does this work on all digital sentry safe this size? I can't remember my code. Purchased in 2013.

I could not get the handle to move down to open the safe door. I purchased a battery tester and discovered that two of my AAA batteries were almost dead. Once I replaced them the handle moved correctly.

I have the sentry safe SFW82ET very similar but this keypad lights up and mine doesn’t, should it work as well like have the same actuator??

I have a box by sentry A4787. Have key and code but the solenoid inside is stuck. Will the magnet work with this safe?
