How can you not like Gangsta Boo? She's a real human being who has had some similar shit happen to her as many of us. 🤞🏾 She's just been traumatized by events in her life and as a coping mechanism, she self medicated and may have been a bit aggressive... But I still feel like she's a dope ass human being. Usually, ppl who are rough around the edges are really sweet ppl at the core; you just have to get to know them for real. I hope she's healing and is able to grow beyond her past traumas. We always laugh and joke Abt how we were raised in the 90's but we never seem to shine the light on the shit that was said and done that fckd us up too. Gotta take the bitter with the sweet and hopefully make lemonade 🍋🤞🏾 ❤️

Sounds like my life! To my beloved Black people we must take care of our health and urge our family members as well, and we must do everything in our power to prevent certain volatile situations from popping off. We have to combat our stress and not with substances and bad habits. I've lost all 4 grandparents, my father, father in law, aunt, great uncle and aunty, both great grandmothers, my brother, so many cousins mostly due to illnesses. And it took a big toll on my body. I suffer with autoimmune disease, and have to deal with situations and people that i should never have to. If you love your family take care of yourselves because the damage left behind never heals, it just dries and scars up, the pain is there every holiday every family get togethers. We already deal with enough stress from WS, our health is preventable. Please take care of yourselves because the survivors have to pick up the pieces.

I've always wondered who's kids are these, & is it ok to have them hearing all this, having a grown adult sometimes in their face & trauma bombing them with their pasts, speaking as if they are truly their younger self? I hope they are able to know they are plays role & not carry any of this. I've been curious since the first season I saw them do this but since everyone here is supposed to be a therapist I'm sure they talk to the kids before they have them play these parts, right?
