Here's a stop motion animation cooking video on how to make Olivier salad (Russian potato salad) 😄. Stop motion animation has been around for over a century and it became very popular during the 1950s. Olivier salad is not eaten only in Russia, but it is eaten in many European countries and in the Middle East. They just go by a different name. Olivier can be eaten on its own, or served as a side dish to fried chicken and meat stews. You can even put Olivier as a sandwich filling.
