This is exactly how I use AI today. I use it as my own assistant that is like having the CTO by my side day by day. This is the future and will unlock so much more potential and faster delivery for engineers. And the best part is that this will relieve many blockers we face and allow us to break through friction in our workflows and get our work done faster all while learning so much along the way.

If this didn’t exist, you’d be going all over your work chats hitting up senior folks, Google searching etc. with this being possible now, it gets rid of all that headache and makes things feel more natural but quicker.

Thanks to AI I was able to understand in 2 days:

a) How to write a simple website
b) How to automate a process of accessing a website, clicking on 2 buttons, input password + e-mail and then click another 2 buttons..

Hope I can move further!

Oh, thanks, now I know that there is a feature called "Hot reload" in VS that allows to continue execution after edits.

Really, the easy questions I would prefer to look at the code myself. Probably I'm much faster at that. The contextual stuff like drilling into many files, that's appreciated.

This would help me so much, I've had troubles learning to program for over 10 years now.
I couldn't concentrate on online guides, and the best I can do is read most code (doesn't mean that i understand it) and write really basic html.

Does it need to be in a chat format? Wouldn't it make more sense for something like test generation to be a "generate unit test with copilot" context menu option? Maybe underlining code where it can detect issues/suggest improvements like current intellisense?
