I’m on day 4. My keloid has turned black. Used one rubber band in the first day and wrapped it two times. Added 2 more rubber band in a day interval. I clean with only methylated spirit. There is no bleeding or pus yet. Will update when it falls off

Y’all if you do this get some silicone gel sheets and tea tree oil so it will not grow back!!! You’re welcome 😂

YALL ITS WORKSSS OMGG! I used thread at first and kept moving it around until it became loose. (mine was super attached to my skin). n then i left it alone for like 2 months cs it hurt badly 😭. then like a week ago i decided to rlly get rid of it cs lucky y'all, it be on yal ears but mine was in a place where....yea😭. so i got some floss and flossed that hoe. n then it started bleeding. it got big too😭 i woke up the next day i had blood allll over my bed and the keloid turned rlly big and black. everyone says theirs got hard but mine was soft i think cs it was filled w blood. but yea it came off after like 3-4 days. the pain is a 6/10 for me i have a high pain tolerance buh tha shi did hurt bad but worth it

On day 3, using a string I have couple of blisters around it.
Pain is bearable, taking paracetamol now n again. Using sea salt to clean but have ordered tea tree oil. Will update the results

I tied thread around mine even before i saw this video. I just came here for morale because everywhere i see is full of people saying you shouldn't diy bc you'll die or sth😭😭 currently on day 3, I'm having blisters...should I keep tighten it or?

I’m on day two currently not hurting as bad the first day is the worst this is my last and final keloid and I will never get piercings again I did this process two years ago and it worked and it never grew back I had two total keloids so I told myself it’s finally time to do the second one and get rid of it I’m so insecure because of it and I’ve tried dermatologist who refuse to use it and they gave me a steroid injections which made it grow triple in size

Mine fell of a few days ago!! It took 11 days for mine to fall off! First 3 days felt like hell on my ear but I’m currently on the healing journey and so far I have just used this antiseptic 3% hydrogen peroxide spray to clean it. If you have any other tips to treating the wound with would be very appreciated thank you.

I tried to do this but the pain is excruciating how do u deal with the pain and do u wrap the rubber bands tight

so do you keep the same rubber bands or change them everyday? or keep adding each day?

Can you just uses string as can't get a rubber band on properly.

I'm on day 6 now, yesterday start to have a blisters on it and got fuss and blood come out from the string and rubberband inside, but the keloid still never become hard like those I watched, I hope this works for me, it's painful but I won't give up.. 🙏
