I make salsa chicken alot. It’s a heart healthy recipe from the Pritikin cookbook. I use Frog Ranch low sodium salsa. You have quite the operation going on there! All hands on deck! ❤

What a great job! Love seeing different children helping you. I will need to make some chicken in a bag meals like you but a lot smaller only me and hubby. I love salsa chicken, I season chicken with taco seasoning the put in casserole dish add salsa on top then cheddar cheese or Mexican blend then bake it so yummy. Or also taco chicken in crockpot, chicken breast salsa and enchilada sauce cook high for like 4 hours shred chicken I use on soft tacos or over rice or cauliflower rice yum
