Does the AI traacker always track on every face it finds or will it follow "only" the face which it saw when being activated?
And can it alternatively track e.g. my hands or something else moving?

why when I use the AI tracking on the rear camera, the AI just go down and does't do anything? am I doing something wrong?

Got this today and it’s not working. Have tried both Ok gesture and the V gesture (referred to in your instruction manual). Neither turns the green light on or activates the Ai module. Fill light works as does all else. Have tried rebooting, using Hohem app and default camera app, but no difference. Red light stays on at all times. Tried indoors and outdoors in good light, close up and increasingly farther back. No response from Ai module. Please advise

I feel like I've seen a way to record a subject In the distance using auto tracking feature but can't figure it out now, In my case, At a concert that I attended yesterday.I couldn't figure this out and kept losing focus of the singer whether In the native camera app or Hohem app I clicked the screen of the subject and it didn't follow them

I have a s23 ultra. Watching other reviews I believe the gimbal only records in 30fps.

If I didn't connect the phone to the app and recorded 60fps directly from my android phone will I still be able to use the axis tilt / 360 degree swivel features? Or must I be connected to the app to do this which means I'll only be able to record 30fps? PLEASE ANSWER!

Hello, is its tracking capability 10/10? I mean when you focus on a subject (person) when someone else walks by, does the focus shift or is the focus on the real subject all the time? PLEASE ANSWER.

Is there a planned firmware update to allow for vertical orientation tracking

*update I had a bad unit and it was replaced. Vertical has worked since the beginning.

Do you need to turn the ai off before you change it from front facing to rear facing ?

Your video fails to show where the ai traking sensor is. And I can't find it in the manual. This is different from the on off switch on the ai itself
