How to make a gluten-free Brazilian Cheese Bread. Pão de queijo or Brazilian cheese bread is a small, baked cheese roll or cheese bun.

Here's what you'll need:
3/4 cup milk (180ml)
1/3 cup oil (80ml)
1 and ½ cup tapioca flour (180g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
1 egg
90g mozzarella (grated)
40g parmesan cheese (grated)

-This recipe yields 12 cheese breads. You can double or triple it too :)
-Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C or 400°F for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.

What's the alternative flour if there is no tapioca flour. There's no tapioca flour here in our town.
