I tried those babyliss and they got hot really quickly and the kids were saying so bless em, brutally honest, , so glad I didn't buy them but those gamma ones are great just a little pricey £200 roughly but worth it

The way I do it it’s I show the client how much he wants to cut so I set the guideline across the front just so he’s ok with how short it will be then I do what your doing following the front guide line 🔥 I used to just listen to the clients request but sometimes 1/2 inch means 2 inch on their eyes

Did this haircut today at school and ur right i kept losing my guide but he going bald to so that didn’t help looking really good at the end. No one at my school wears gloves is there a reason i should? I never realized how many going bald guys i would have to work on when i started.

Sorry I missed the premiere. Great explanation. I'm going to have to make myself a playlist of all your beginner barber videos (unless you've done it already?)

We could see it better if you had a white comb and light gloves . What is the reason that you wear gloves. Excellent video.

Just graduated barber school and got my license and I’ve done hundreds of haircuts already but I’m still not comfortable with basic shear work. I watch these videos and I think I can go out and do it and then I’m backwards still and find ways to wing it. Was thinking of taking the Josh OP course but honestly I think it might be too advanced for me at this stage. It’s not possible to watch a YouTube video I haven’t already seen. Any advice on where to go from here?

Show us the ninja way of flipping the shears in and out your hand to comb lol!

Like after doing the initial Mohawk and then the two panels next to that, I find that the panels next to those two subsections seems heavy still.

But what if I want to give my client, a line up with trimmers afterwards, would this affect the length of his bangs, making his line up higher then he wanted?
