Missed you, Rachel, and glad to see you back! I'm with you on the exercising. I've been biking, walking, swimming, doing yoga, weights, dancing, etcetcetc consistently for 40+ years now. I'm 61 and still feel like I'm in my 20s, and I believe it's from being so active. Exercise is like the Fountain of Youth! I love your healthy eating habits too, and need to try that Macha tea!
