I have hurt my knees bad doing squat...and it still hurts . Should I stop doing it for some time? Will my knee recover by itself?

That fixed my pain! Funny I think since I’ve used my knees as shock absorbers in different sports that’s just how I squatted. Putting pressure on my heels not toes, Golden advice for squatting! Thanks!

But you're not activating your quads if you go back on your heels. Your quads are activated when you're applying pressure with your toes, correct?
