Difference between Study & Learning

I have always thought there is a difference between Study and Learning.... With Study I mean what you do to crack an Interview or pass a test. With Learning I mean the ability to understand and also make other people understand on what you ahve learned... If you have not yet done it.. you need to switch from study to learn...

I needed this. I've been "studying" all my life. I had no hobbies or anything like that. I always say in my room, open up my book, and start "studying" for hours for the sake of scoring good grades. And I realised that my life had no meaning. I did what my parents told me and what others told me. I was always told to do this and do that but I never listened to myself. Just last year I discovered programming and have been learning it ever since and I fell in love with it. I finally had a hobby. I also discovered cubing at the same time and started doing that as well. I, for once, had hobbies! I felt different. I started learning things. I stopped doing things that had no meaning to me. And instead I started doing things that was meaningful to my life. And now I have a clear vision. A clear mindset of how I want live my life. Thank you for this video. It once again reminded me that learning new things and being curious is more important than studying.

I passed out with English Honors Degree in 2020, till then I STUDIED for 19 induced lockdown made me out of touch with gaining knowledge for exams .Now in 2022, I even question the purpose of learning/studying. Till then I used to be a hardworking student, but now I can't concentrate much like before.This Video is truly an eye opener for me💯Thankyou Sir🤗

Education system school and college isn't customized to make students Learn and explore more information or travel
It's about preparing you to pass for exams
I should study according to exam strategy like mcq

But yes studying for learning is much more important
The Feynman technique way to understand and make someone understand a topic in informal way

But teachers in my area sell education for money and tell us to pass for exams
not to make us learn
