You should try recreating the one with stock cubes version. Some has tried and they swear it taste very good and works very well as a quick hack.

Worchestershire sauce works well as a marinade 2-3 hours before. That steak looked very tender for Rump.

I find it difficult to source French Green peppercorns in brine. Which I would favour here, for the sauce.

still been meaning to portion up a whole filet. if he didnt do it in the masterclass au poivre i think he quickly shows it in steak lyonnaise
