The internet service is garbage and goes out several times a day! I've started writing down the outages and plan to send it to them.

I use to work for them....it really isn't bad....you just have to understand what you have. Call and ask questions to see what you have and what works for you. Complaining that it sucks and nothing works wont help you....

So far I’m liking spectrum TV and the Internet I’m not having the same problems as other people comment below saying that they get disconnect problems which I am thankful that I don’t have those problems

When it was twc I never had a problem with the service and now that it’s spectrum it sucks, and we still live in the same place, so it’s not the location, changing service, and have in mind, I have been with them for years now

Well I just signed up with Spectrum for the Silver Package in Texas, and I'm getting 2 DVR's and 400 mbps Ultra Internet with a waived installation charge. I am all in with
charges at $157.38 per month. Locked in rate for 2 years. I believe this is a pretty good deal. Especially, since I am cutting ties with Frontier Communications.

I've never had a problem with the internet. I do have a problem when they advertise a low bundle price to new customers while the loyal customers pay a higher price. I have only internet, started at $42 and I'm now paying $80 for the same service.

Lots of disconnections serious problem with mmorpg gaming groups with Spectrum internet. Serious issues with cable television disconnections.

I have lived here just over a year in Florida and I have had nine guys come here to fix my cable and everyone was the best guy that's the guy that they send when they have problems nobody can fix them like he can but guess what I still have no television I still have no internet my wife are going to play Parcheesi tonight

Hey it’s me again. Just chillin. So far this week I’ve been disconnected 28 times. Called customer service every day, problem never gets fixed. If you want to have poor internet connection and enjoy calling customer support multiple times a week, spectrum is for you.

If I have Charter Spectrum TV Silver and ditch there internet and go with another ISP will it still work? I’m assuming I’ll love access to there Spectrum App but the cable will still work?
