i have mac os 10.13.6 plus numark NS4 FX - Serato cant Find or use the Controller. any idea?

Thanks, after seeing your video I got a tip that was useful to me. I downloaded Serato Pro and not Serato Lite! This is where the problem started. Because after my trail version ended and the popup came (it ended, update to....) my Numark party mix 2 stopped working. I could still select and play everything with the mouse, but my Numark did not work. Downloaded drivers again and reinstalled Serato. But it wouldn't work. Youtube few tips, until you pay attention in your video (download serato lite). I didn't have to log in to the serato site again, it just worked right away after downloading and installing serato lite. Thank you!!!

Hey i need help.
in your video at 2:00 you must sign in.
when i press the button...nothing happens. no browser or tap opens like in your video. only a little icon rotating in the sign in button.

the only thing i could do is closing the prog with task manager.

how can i move on for sign in like in your video?

I had downloaded Serato dj Lite only for the computer, now I got numark party mix and when I go to download it again it doesn't give me the option for a controller. I would like your help, please.

I did the software and it error saying that my cpu needs avx instructions kit and my computer is only one year old it should be able to download what can I do to fix this

I downloaded lite prior. Got a controller and now when I try to download lite, it won't ask me if I want to download it with the controller option. Is there a difference? I imagine there is. How do I get my Numark MTPro 3 to work with it? Thank you for the video and help!
