I'm glad I found your channel chris. I haven't been diagnosed with colon cancer but I think I may have it. I'm only 27 but I know you got it young as well. I've had alot of the symptoms from abdominal discomfort and sometimes a slight pain to feeling fatigued occasionally to a lump right next to my belly button on the left side and today I discovered blood in my stool for the first time so I'm going to the doctor tomorrow to try and get to the bottom of this. I'm really nervous and scared. I have a 3 year old daughter and I'm NOT ready to leave her. You're very inspiring and I'm glad you made it through. May God bless you and your family for many years to come.

I quit soda 4 months. Hardest thing I had to do. Now I only drink water and coconut water.

Very cool, my husband has recently gotten hooked on Coke Zero and i refuse to buy it for him. I told him about the aspartame, now you've given me more proof.

You can make your own juice, at least you know what you put in it

I have been taking tegretol for many years because of a brain nerve condition and when it was prescribed to me by my neurologist he said do not drink diet soda or eat foods with artificial sweeteners because they are dangerous to your brain and body especially when taking other meds. Doctors have known for a long time how dangerous it is to your health Thanks Chris for bringing it out to people since most doctors never mention the problem. It certainly doesn’t help anyone lose weight.

Diet sodas/foods kept me in dizziness for about 6 yrs off & on. Some severe that I missed work. At times my head would swim. I even had different Dr appts. Even went to get a scan & saw a neurologist. No one had answers until I saw Dr Mercola had an article online about aspartame. Bingo!! I stopped e/thing diet. Once out of my system, no more dizzy spells. It truly is a slow poison.

I hardly drink soda except for when I am in a restaurant or movie theatre which is barely. I do not even buy soda because it is bad for you. I stopped buying juice because it consists of too much sugar and just make my own juices since I never add sugar to it.

I pronounce aspartame "as part 'a me, " because, if I drink it, it becomes as part of me.

However, I love soda, so I buy seltzer and juices. Concentrated orange just works great, but I have to let it thaw first or it makes the soda fizz and go flat. I also mix seltzer with cherry juice, pomigranite juice, and so on. Carbonated lemonade requires stevia, and although liquid stevia costs more, it works much better.

There is still a great deal of sugar in fruit juices, so I can't just swill the stuff, but one class of fruit-juice soda (other than orange) is only 2-3 ounces of juice.

YouTube's spell checker doesn't recognize "stevia" as a word. C'mon guys.
