Drowning is the second most common cause of death among children aged 1 to 4, following birth defects. This is particularly common in homes with pools. For safety measures, pools must be surrounded by a fence that prevents babies from getting close to the pool. To reduce this occurrence, specialized schools have been opened that teach children how to survive in the water until help arrives. However, accidents happen when babies are not under constant supervision.
