Listening to this theme.... It's slow it's powerful it aspires you to push, In single player this has no weight. In multiplayer it has true weight. This alongside pacific storms End of round theme just immerses you, And this is coming from someone who doesn't care of what kind of immersion is present.

Too bad support was cut off, It was gonna happen sooner or later BUT we can admit it was a fun game despite all the flaws.

Battlefield be like: "War is mans most unworthy creation, dooming our future and killing millions of innocent people" and then turn this up when you're pushing the objective

I'm currently writing my Master's Degree dissertation and I've had this on in the background to feel something fr. That feeling of pushing through the final sector on Breakthrough in a tightly-fought match. Perfection.

The constant chugging in the background tells me to keep moving. They did a beautiful job with the music.

*"Operation Dragoon (initially Operation Anvil)"* was the code name for the landing operation of the Allied invasion of *Provence (Southern France)* on 15 August 1944.
The goal of the invasion was to secure the vital ports on the French Mediterranean coast and increase pressure on the German forces by opening another front.

Hindered by Allied air supremacy and a large-scale uprising by the French Resistance, the German forces were swiftly defeated. The Germans withdrew to the north through the *Rhône valley*, to establish a stable defense line at *Dijon*, but they were not able to hold Dijon and ordered a complete withdrawal from Southern France. German forces retreated further north, pursued by Allied forces.

Operation Dragoon was considered a success by the Allies. It enabled them to liberate most of Southern France in just four weeks while inflicting heavy casualties on the German forces, although a substantial part of the best German units were able to escape.

The music had a steady calm beat/temp while the Americans are running and pushing together through fields of beautiful flowers and once they reach the hills to the windmill the music hits the climax as the Americans and Germans fight for control up, down, and around the hills to take the windmill. Eventually the battle reaches the crossroads of the town, objective contested with no lives. Americans and Germans fighting to win. The music inspiring both teams to constantly push forward

Battlefield V soundtrack is a masterpiece but this track especially is easily the best piece of track made a for a game. This brings me back to the game every time and would fit in any war movie perfectly.

bit late but here goes nothing. This theme is just spectacular. We were playing Provence, with us as the Germans and the opposing team as the US Army Forces. We were losing really bad, we expected the round to be over any minute. However, suddenly the end of round theme starting playing all of us felt this sudden surge in adrenaline. Almost all of us spawned around the last objective, and there were screams. i could, in my mind, just hear "Achtung!" echo throughout the entire landscape. We all attacked together. It felt as if we were actually in war, right then and there. We all pushed. The enemies started to reduce in number. A few soldiers and I, armed with Panzerfausts, took out the enemy tank. Some of launched suicide attacks with dynamite, but we never backed out. Respawned and pushed forward. Taking out all the Tanks, Snipers on the Bridge behind us taking out the enemy Bazooka teams. Our defensive positions were fortified and we rained hell on the enemies. The cries of the US forces filled the streets of that small Italian town. One by one, there number reduced. Despite this, they put up a hell of a fight as the timer went on. It was a battle against time. It was the fight till the last man. The climax during the end of round theme propelled us to move on. For the Fatherland! I kept screaming in my mind. I destroyed the last tank. The timer hit 0. The screen went White. Just before it did, it had shown our numbers as zero. My mind went blank. I looked and the screen displayed the golden words. "VICTORY". I finally took a sigh of relief. My back sunk back into my chair. The chat filled with GGs. I finally could comprehend a somewhat level of understanding of what those that fought went through. That game, described the true essence, of Battlefield.

When this song comes on, it’s where you should expect the full potential of players trying to capture the OBJ. It’s where boys become men.

Since BF2042 is bombing now, we can definitely say this is a real good Battlefield game.

Still missing quite a lot, but still better than what’s going on now.
