Hi Gary,
You forgot mentioned very important Con and it's a clawbacks. If one of your lovely clients decide to cancel life cover you need this money to repay back.
How do clawbacks work with a mortgage? If the client found a better mortgage deal, you need also return your profit?
Thanks

Hi Gary seen your video. In 40s is it worth trying to do the cemap especially when coming from outside the financial world as currently in food production. Would appreciate any solid advice. Cheers

Hi Gary, Great video. Thank you!

My background is Computer science & Business analyst. I have just started studying on being a Mortgage advicer, with CeMap in mind. What are the other things/steps I should be doing, (aside the obvious -CeMap-) that would qualify me as mortgage advicer?

Hi Gary
First off, brillant videos. Just wondering I'm 20 and thinking of changing job paths. Looking to work either as a accountant or morgage advisor. Just quick question, what would you say the adversge salrey of a morgage broker is in the UK. Also as a video suggestion, can you do a video of your daily task you have to do as a morgage broker. Many thanks and keep it up

Hi Gary I am thinking of joining a franchise to help fast track my cemap and get customer service experience in this field - the role is commission based thought - what's your opinion on this? I have 0 experience.

Hey, I'm 15 years old and know that I want to work in sales when I'm older. I'm just not sure what industry to work in. I'm interested in finance so I was thinking of some sort of financial sales or being an insurance broker, but I could also imagine myself being an estate agent in London(guess I'm just really confused). Any advice would be much appreciated 👍👍

Hi Gary,

I'm currently serving in the British army and I'm thinking of a complete career change.

The army will help me with costs for courses ect, so would you recommend I do the CeMAP in the next year myself then go to a company for a few years before trying myself.

I'm not trying to run before I can walk, but I had a lot of sales jobs before joining and feel I have the drive to fly to where I want to be.

I've tried to find your Facebook group you've started but the link isn't working.

Cheers for the videos

Hey Gary, I'm 20 and recently dropped out of university and I'm unsure of whether I'd prefer mortgage advisory or being an estate agent. Any advice?

Hi Gary, currently training to be a tax advisor but feeling that a career in a more client facing role might be more suited for me. Hence looking into mortgage advise, is there anyway to get a taste for the study/work to see if it might be for me, I turned 30 last year.
