You were missing Emily when she spawns in the basement during Hide & Seek. You get there by tilting the lamp on the wall next to the bedroom closet. Go in the closet and you'll find her. :) Hope this helps!

The sign "I HIDE YOU SEEK IN THE DARK" means that if you are in the dark Emily hides and you try to find her but if you turn on the lights it means the opposite so you hide and she will find you and kill you... I assume anyway because she'll be able too see you and she wants it to be played in the dark
