I had my first taste of turtle soup and hush puppies in Baton rouge LA my cousin took me out to lunch at a restaurant in Baton rouge sure was good, love 💕 you cousin Tuni never forgot it!

Turtle meat. Interesting.

I had it once years ago. Surprisingly like chicken. It was dark like thigh, lean like chicken breast, kinda tough, and had a creekwater taste. Definitely memorable
