It's really funny because we are 4 brothers and each of us has a distinct personnality close to the one of the turtles and reading The last Ronin was like seeing the life of my brother if we diseapeared and that shit hurt man

When I mentioned the last ronin to my dad, he got into a huge emotional fueled speech about how the last ronin is probably one of the best story arcs he has ever read because of the unexpected outcome. That then lead to him explaining to me why each of the turtles got their weapons and how it matches their personalities

It makes sense they chose the most lighthearted and fun brother as the last. It’s the highest contrast and he is a people person and his people are gone.

It lokks like its inspired by 2012 tmnt which is honestly my favorite tmnt ever splinters death still is one of the saddest moments leos fight against super shredder will always be one of the best fights you should watch 2012 its mostly wholesome but the serious moments hit like a truck

It is a very sad story. You can feel the pain of not only having lost siblings, but them all having been murdered and you have to carry their memories with you as you try to finish what the group started. I thought it was Raphael until the ghosts started talking to him and I realized who it was.
