Did any one else try this pattern and cast on the 201 stitches but the second row didn’t add up? I had 4 stitches left instead of the 3 to knit 3

I was all set to knit this beautiful pattern in the color shown but it looks so different in the video than it does on the Patons website. It's more of a warm brown or almost camel on the website but here it looks grey.

Could I use a size 4 worsted weight yarn for this?

I have a question..  the pattern says to cast on 201 stitches, and yet the count for the rows is 214.  I'm confused, did I miss something?
