If committee stayed more period than expired time limits and not hold any Agm / Sgm last more than 10 years. Above committee then Dy Registrar ordered to Dissolved then Dissolved committee members can nomination for up coming election ?
2nd No and Agm / Sgm after 2020 and Adm also left 2 years pand of Agm and then newly elected committee after taking charge he also not hold Agm after near 2 comple years ? All over 4 years now over at 31 -3-2024 till not hold Agm .New committee can continue more period not hold regular Agm ? kindly explain above .

Sir is it necessary to make a conveyance deed or deemed conveyance for ragaiated housing society.if society wants n land on the society name on which building is constructed.according to builder no need to make it .ragistry is enough.kindly suggest.
