INGREDIENTS
2 cups chocolate chips
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 banana

DIRECTIONS
1. Blend 1 banana in your BlendJet
2. Melt chocolate and coconut oil
3. Combine banana with chocolate
4. Spread mixture onto parchment paper and freeze for a few hours
5. Break into pieces and enjoy!

Slightly off topic but I made soup the last couple days. I blended up three carrots, three tomatoes, a small shallot, water, a scoop of bone broth powder, greens and seasonings. Blended them up and put them in a mug, then heated and it was delicious. I've had it two days in a row now. It's a great way to get some vegetables in.

I read in the care instructions that we weren't supposed to use MCT because it could be damaging to the plastic. Is it safe to assume coconut oil is okay since she uses it in this video?
