Today I have completed 27th sessions of this series and now I am feeling that I have done something good in my life and feeling very confident myself and through this series new chapter of my life open up so I m very lucky that I took step for it and that's making me flow so thanku for you that you kind of teacher spreading the knowledge and making our world positive and beautiful only. Ot from outside even from inside I beleive yoga is the best thing for feel energetic, calm and being consistent in life for achieve massive success though I not achieved it but I belive Yog will definately bring to me there and i, m excited about that ❤

Aaj din bhr back mai back puri ald si gyi thi...aaj 27day hai aur day end hone ko bs half hour hi baki rah gya pr maine apna aaj ka target complete bhi kia...back ka pain pura gayb hoke ekdm sa relax feel hua hi + target complete krke mind relax ho gya...khud ki life ab casual nhi lgti kuch kimmt bn rahi aisa vibes aati hai🤞🏻😊..thanks mam and 🪔HappY diwali🪔.

Day 27 done! There is much more flexibility in my spine. Now I can do complete back band and hold for ten deep breath. Feeling supper happy and body feels great! Thank you ma’am. Have a lovely day❤️
