Great video man! Leverage and authority are YOUR ONLY TOOLS when closing clients. Clients want to be on the phone with someone better than them because believe it or not most of them are shy and scared about what there next year of business is going to look like especially if they are startups. They want a dominant authority figure with experience to make sure they get what they need so that they can be at home with the family enjoying a thriving business.
