I know for you this is an old video.

But we're just starting and so we just saw this during our research and it was great!

One thing on websites - at first you could probably just put your Air BnB and / or VRBO link to book at first.

It's also a way to get a direct email address and you can put a monthly local events calendar on there so people can see what's going on while they are staying or plan a stay around those events.

Just a thought.

Great video. One point on photography is that if your place actually looks like a turd, a nice photo will just make it look like a nicer turd. You still need to think in your mind about going a little overboard on some aspect of the design/building and have an idea in your head of what will lure people in. Also - if the photos are great but when your guests arrive it's not that great, that already creates a negative experience, so it's important to balance reality vs just a little bit of enhancement. I've gotten screwed by Myspace too many damn times.
