Why does RoboCop still matter?
Because it was built with vision—something that feels increasingly rare in modern art. In this video, we’ll dive into what makes RoboCop’s design and storytelling stand the test of time, why originality in art is more important than ever, and how miniature painting is a way to reclaim creativity in a world of mass production.

Let’s build, paint, and create!

Special thanks to @wolfcrow for the inspiration behind this video, from his excellent video essay 'Why Robocop Still looks Like A Billion Bucks'

That really was a wonderful video. I know the film well, and your combining your own art with your observations of the film was unique and refreshing. Keep it up!

Very well-made and well spoken video. You’re a great artist, and I love the in-depth review of RoboCop. I make 1/12 scale figures, and I turned a pinhead from Hellraiser into this character I called mumbo-jumbo that has a skull and minimalist RoboCop visor

You forgot to mention that his chin strap is magical, and becomes invisible whenever his helmet is removed. x'D

I think Chris Nolan could make a great Robocop or a Metal Gear Solid Quant-ology.
