Having confidence is honestly like 80% of the battle. Great job

This progression is insane. maybe the fact you already are confident hitting big jumps on the skis helps a lot but damn, that’s incredible

After watching you ski, I can see why you have progressed so fast on two wheels. Mad respect bro.

Everything started to made sense when you showed your skiing ability. There's way to many skills and confidence boosts that apply to mountain bike that you already had. Keep going!

Dude, ive been mountain biking since 2019, and despite my confidence and riding being in a completely different realm than before, youre hitting some features even I would be scared to hit. Fair play to you my man, this is some insane progression. I know after 1 year I definitely wasnt this competent haha

I’m a mountain biker of over 5 years now. I just randomly came across your first video when you posted it, and you said one day you would be the best mountain biker in the world. I thought to myself “something is different about this guy” so I subscribed hoping to see in a few years maybe you becoming a competent mountain biker. I wasn’t expecting to see like 3 months later you going to freaking whistler and hitting all the giant jump lines. Your progression is insane and mountain biking holds a very bright future for you.

Your progression is actually pretty impressive. I’d say there’s a lot of things as far as weighing risk/reward that translate through a lot of sports and some people naturally adapt when they do some other sport as a high level. Awesome to see man you’ll have to get out to Kamloops this year and ride the bike ranch and sun peaks you’ll absolutely love it.

Blows my mind how quickly you picked it up and how big of everything you're already doing. I love it!

My only advice would be to focus on basic techniques as you go through the year, good posture, good feet, good brake control, good line choices. Don't wanna build in bad habits.

You're commitment ability after one year is actually insane man. After riding 4 years i still would have a very hard time hitting a lot of that stuff.

Yo! Insane progression, congrats man. I was lured in by the shiny bikes and could kit too haha. I owned 2 DH rigs before getting a proper Trail bike to ride in my local Edmonton Valley Trails. My best tip is learn to wash, maintain and fix your bike, it will keep it running smooth and give you the confidence it is safe haha. Reach out to some local shops to see if they would be keen for a collaboration! Cheers.

A willingness to fail and crash is all you need to progress quickly. I see videos of people saying it took them a year just to overcome the fear of a particular jump/feature. You must examine your skill level appropriately, pick obstacles that are just outside your skill level, and smash them. Rinse to reveal a new ability and repeat.

So good to see you back on wheels ! Can't wait to start this bike season and go into bikeparks <3
This summer you should work on strengthening the basics, the fluidity and perfection of driving, balance, body positioning...all this will allow you to have a clean, confirmed style, with confidence and safety wherever you go. The tricks will come soon enough believe me. Plus, it's important and beneficial to have a very good foundation for learning tricks.
For the flip, if you know how to flip without anything or with skis, you should be able to do your first really quickly, just send it bro !!
Much love from France <3

This progression from freaking out riding down a grass hill to hitting whistler is amazing. Great job man. I wish I could ride with mates and have as much balls as you. 💪👍

Honestly, the fact that your parents support this is amazing, and the fact that you have trails is just even better. I'm kinda jealous...

Doing DH for the first time and deciding to hit jumps at Whistler on a rainy day is insanity but I respect it lol. Great progression.
