China has now imposed a partial lockdown in its northern city of Xi'an, ordering all 13 million residents to stay at home. According to reports, city officials have ordered all residents to remain at home unless they have a pressing reason to go out.

It is not a partial lockdown. As of today the military are assigned at every building and houses are being searched to make sure people are being tested and if you test positive then you are taken away. No one is allowed to leave there home for food or any other reason. This is utterly disgusting. I know a family of seven that lives there and have for over twenty years. They have never been scared before but they say they have never seen anything like this.

Partial lockdown is a joke, you either put full lockdown or you don't lockdown. Full lockdown is fatal in the long run and hence you don't lockdown.
