Literally all you need to do is take a few steps outside Chamber of the Seal to receive 31k echoes in a few seconds. Use Bold Hunter's Mark, rinse and repeat. In order to make this work consistently, do not go past the statue on your left-hand side!
Note: once you place the dungeon on your altar it might happen that you won't be able to interact with it. If that happens simply walk away a few steps and then try to interact with it again.
