Despite the writing this season, Anya stunned me with her acting. There isn't a single emotion she's unable to portray, be it a person who wants everything to becoming a person who lost everything. I can't imagine anyone else playing Yennefer, we truly got lucky. Her portrayal of Yennefer will forever be iconic, no matter what!

As of s1 I've been watching the show mainly for Yennefer played by Anya. The acting in the show is generally great, but she has such a charisma as an actor that I keep rewatching the Yennefer's story line over and over again and just can't get enough of her Yen. I miss her each time she disappears from the screen. I'm so happy Lauren decided to focus on three protagonists in her interpretation of the books :)

She's great as Yen. But the writers man😔 deviated too much from her ark. In the end they made it alright but the build up & process that this character had go to to get ark complete was uncanny.

Yennefer is my favorite character, I wish we could have seen more of her. Season 2 focused way too much on Ciri when the Yen Geralt relationship is actually the best part of this show. I loved her journey up to the second part of season 2, but then the writers started to portrail her as a weak woman who betrays, doesn't stop apologizing and runs around aimlessly trying to stop soldiers with a stick and making a potion she doesn't even use. Yennefer is a strong, confident, intelligent, witty, badass woman who doesn't cling to anyone and anything. I really didn't like this direction although I must admit that Anya did an amazing job even in the last episodes. I know there are a few more seasons to go but I'll just say it now: please don't give us a stupid GOT type of an ending here too.

There are so many illogical things here. Especially in the escape scene. I don't understand how Yenefer and Cahir, among such masterful magicians and kingsguards, were able to escape so easily.

Apart from that, it seemed so illogical that Yenefer lost her magic so easily.

I still have question marks in my mind about the formation and use of magic power in this universe.

i really liked season 2, but if there was one thing that totally didnt make sense, is the fact that yennefer saved cahir. at the end she didnt even went with him on the boat. if eskel was killed, so could have been cahir, but ok.

I really dislike that they strayed so far from the books and the show in general is poor but Anya is good tho, she needs to be in more shows and movies.
