This performance has been lovingly remastered by Nightwish fans ShauningtoN and Nightwish Arena in partnership.

Like Wacken 2013, the performance was filmed at 25FPS.
To avoid the same playback speed mastering error that impacted the Wacken 2013 BluRay, Vehicle of Sprit down-sampled 25FPS recording to 24FPS using frame blending to meet the BluRay Standard of 1080p24. The result of this is a small visual ghosting every 1-2 seconds in the official BluRay material. With this aside, it is still the best available source and is the one used here.

Multiple AI / "Deep Neural Network" techniques & software have been used in combination with "old fashioned" frame-by-frame manipulation to create the best possible version of this iconic performance. The frame rate has also been doubled to 48FPS, to enhance the fast moving visuals and allow the high energy shown in this performance to shine through.

In addition, compression artifacts and camera ISO noise have been minimised, and Colour, Levels, Clarity & Sharpness have all been hand-tuned.

Audio:
Nightwish Arena has again worked his brilliance, to create a newly remastered version of the Tampere soundscape that is an improvement enhanced in every way imaginable.
Floors vocals have more cut-through and brightness, and the balance of all of the instruments is far better placed. Overall, a fuller, clearer and more balanced sound compliment the significant increase to visual fidelity.

Nightwish Arena and ShauningtoN are to be commended for another great release, here - as they together push what is possible to create better Nightwish experiences for dedicated fans.

Not having a 4k, but it is one of my top 3 on that album, so I just watch :)
